Customer and shop records
Customer names, phone numbers, emails, balances, invoice records, and purchase history are stored so your shop can serve customers, manage returns, and review transactions. You are responsible for entering accurate data and using customer information only for legitimate business purposes.

Zyrosale uses role based access and account controls to reduce unauthorized access. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect passwords, review staff access regularly, and remove accounts that no longer need access.
Retention and deletion
We keep records while your account is active or as needed for business, tax, audit, support, and legal purposes. You may request deletion or correction of account information, subject to required transaction history and legal retention needs.
